REQUIREMENTS

Eligibility Requirements:

Scholarships are awarded to New Orleans area high school seniors who have demonstrated plans to pursue post-secondary education. This includes but is not limited to enrollment at a 2 or 4 year college or university; technical or trade programs, etc.

Currently enrolled (or re-enrolling) college students are also eligible to apply for RISE Scholarships.

High School Student Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 cumulative GPA on a 4.0 scale.
- Minimum ACT test score of 18; or SAT combined EBRW score of 960.
- Two letters of recommendation
- Official transcript
- Personal statement

College Students Requirements:
- 2.75 GPA cumulative grade point average.
- One letter of recommendation.
- Resume
- Personal statement
